Cancellation Policy

The Clean Wave Diving Memberships!

The Clean Wave is a Non Profit Organization that finance its work through donations, these certification programs are part of a collaboration performed with BA Divers.

General Conditions

People will be able to buy by paying the entire membership or at a payment term of 50% payment upon acquiring the membership and 10% per month for the next 5 months after acquiring the membership.

Cancellations, Changes and Refunds

People can cancel membership at any time but there will be no refund of money already paid. Membership may be transferred to another person if the membership has not been fully used. People can change the date of their reserved events one week in advance and will be subject to the availability of places on other dates.

Cancellations due to BA Divers or Force Majeure

In cases where the diving center (BA Divers) is forced to cancel the course due to force majeure (extreme weather conditions, technical problems, etc.): The course can be reschedule at no additional cost.

No Attendance (No-Show)

If the participant does not attend the course without prior notice, they will lose the right to a refund and will not be able to reschedule their participation.

Change Request Process

The person must send an email with their reservation information to the email cleandivers@thecleanwave.org at least 2 weeks in advance.
