A Community In Action

The Surfing Federation of Costa Rica is the National Representation Entity in the sport of Surfing in Costa Rica according to the agreement of the National Council of Sport and Recreation in its Ordinary Session No. 491-2006, Article V, Subsection 4, Agreement No. 14 of May 4, 2006. For the purposes of promoting and diversifying this sport, it has been established under Law No. 5418 (Sports Associations Law). The Surf Federation is in force to date and accepted by Law #7800.
